At SavvyHub, operated by JSR E BIZ (Proprietor: Sriram V), operating as SavvyHub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our Products are digital and access is given immediately, the following policy applies.
1. Cancellation
Since access to courses is delivered instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and access has been provided. If you have paid but have not received access, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
2. Refund eligibility (7-day window)
You may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date if:
- you have not accessed or downloaded a significant portion of the course (for example, more than 20% of the lessons or any downloadable files), or
- the Product is materially different from its description, or
- you cannot access the Product because of a technical fault that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, or
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
3. Not eligible for refund
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase;
- Where a significant portion of the course has been viewed or downloaded;
- Change of mind after substantially using the Product;
- Where access has been shared in violation of our Terms;
- Dissatisfaction with results that depend on your own effort.
4. How to request a refund
Email savvyhub.in@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase, with your order number and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval. After initiation, your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–7 business days to show the amount in your account. Access to the Product will be withdrawn once a refund is issued.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was debited but your order was not confirmed, the amount is usually automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not, please contact us with your transaction ID and we will help.
