1. Instant digital access
After your payment is successfully confirmed, you will receive access to your course immediately. Access is provided in two ways:
- an order confirmation email with your access and download links, sent to the email address you entered at checkout; and
- the My Account → Downloads section of the website once you log in.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant, and in most cases within a few minutes of payment. In rare cases, such as bank delays or technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours.
3. If you have not received your access
- Check your spam or promotions folder;
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout;
- Log in to My Account and open Downloads.
If you still cannot find it, email savvyhub.in@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it, usually within one business day.
4. Download limits and access period
Download links may have a limit on the number of downloads or an expiry period, shown on the product page or in your order email. Course access is for personal use only.
5. Technical requirements
You need a device with a modern web browser, a stable internet connection and, where mentioned for a course, the required software. We are not responsible for delays caused by your internet connection or device.
